FMSP and NCETM Further Mathematics projects
The National Centre for Excellence in the Teaching of Mathematics (NCETM) and the Further Mathematics Support Programme (FMSP) are committed to supporting teachers of A level and Further Mathematics. The NCETM Portal has a dedicated Further Maths microsite where you can get information and help.
Further Mathematics Knowledge Networks (FMKN)
The FMSP and NCETM have used small amounts of funding to support the development of FMKNs by funding teacher groups to work collaboratively to develop Further Mathematics knowledge and pedagogy. To find out whether there is an FMKN near you please look at this map.
Support networks for those teaching diplomas
The FMSP, through its partner, the NCETM, is inviting mathematics practitioners to join a new group to support those who are teaching mathematics in the engineering diploma (whether mathematics teachers or engineering teachers) by providing opportunities to meet together and share what they are doing.
