The Yorkshire and the Humber FMSP aims to promote mathematics and to support the teaching and learning of AS/A level Mathematics and Further Mathematics in secondary schools and colleges across Yorkshire and the Humber. In particular, we want to enable all schools and colleges in Yorkshire and the Humber that teach A level Mathematics to also offer AS/A level Further Mathematics. We also support the teaching and learning of level 3 mathematics within diplomas.
FMSP support includes:
• Student tuition for AS/A level Further Mathematics
• CPD/Teacher Support for AS/A level Mathematics teachers and teachers of mathematics within the level 3 Engineering Dilploma
• Free access to the MEI Resources Website (supporting all AS/A level Mathematics and Further Matheamtics specifications)
• Mathematics enrichment courses for students in Key Stage 4 and post-16
• AS and A2 Mathematics Revision Days (usually in December and May)
• The Senior Team Mathematical Challenge for students in years 12/13 in November

We invite all secondary schools and colleges in Yorkshire and the Humber to register, free of charge, with the FMSP. This allows you free access to extensive online mathematics resources and enables you to be kept informed of FMSP activities, both within your local area and nationally.
